Role Responsibilities
- Learn and manage the Immigration System (FWCMS)
- Learn and manage SOCSO submissions
- Manage office operations & correspondence
- Organize files and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments & handle office supplies
- Communicate with clients, manage inquiries & provide updates

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability
- Able to work independently & as part of a team
- Prior admin experience is a plus
- Recommended: Experience in Agensi Pekerjaan (manpower/maid agency)
- Having own transport (car) is an advantage

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
