**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.Being part of return processing team, to ensure that all store returns products and quantity

2.Overall responsible for inbound of return goods from stores, by ensuring all store RDO & returned goods are being processed within 24 hours of receipt from transpoter and to be put away to Return storage location.

3.All return documentation, products, quantity are maintained and processed accurately. All return products need to be sorted by Article No., Vendors/Suppliers.

4.You are expected to ensure that the turn around of return totes to outbound picking within 3 hours upon receipt.

5.Overseeing sorting of return stocks, timely and accurate put away of returned stock to warehouse managing system/SAP and physical location.

6.To ensure that all returned totes are being tracked and scan during return receiving process and to ensure that empty toes are readily made available for outbound picking team usage. Prior to transferring empty totes to Outbound picking team, to ensure that totes are clean and fit to use.

7.You are expected to ensure that the turn around of return totes to outbound picking within 3 hours upon receipt.

8.You are responsible for measuring and monitoring the damages and shortages, and issue incident report (IR) within 24 hours.

9.Measure and monitor supplier damage, shortage and wrong item base on daily operations.

10.To work closely with warehouse operations and DC team to ensure all the processes of operation running smoothly

11.To issue Goods Rejection Advise (GRA) to reject any short expiry or wrong item upon delivery from vendors to CDC

12.To monitor the adjustment and transfer with DC operation and Transport teams to ensure no variances between SAP and WMS

13.To be responsible for sign off rented/reusable pallets from CHEP, Loscam and others. Create and maintain good reports and documentation for pallet management.

14.Monitor on inventory aging and inventory clearance that need to be retruned to vendors & suppliers within 7 days of notification to vendors and suppliers to collect from DC.

15.Monitor and review vendor’s late arrival (Late delivery penalty)

16.Perform Daily Cycle Count (DCC) return stocks.

17.To follow up on non-compliance vendors on our requirements

18.Participate in mid year & year end stock count

19.To Conduct floor Audits on regular basis

20.To perform other job related duties as and when requested by Superior

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Min Diploma in Logistic/Transportation
- Min 2 years experience in logistic field
- 6 days working
- Able to work on shift
- Posses own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
