**Full job description**
- To carry out M&E inspections to ensure compliance with the contact specification and drawings, current legislation and standard policy.
- To assist, instruct and advise contactors on site, on matters related to quality control.
- To prepare reports on progress, site activities and all other related matters.
- To be responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contract and construction drawings especially in respect M&E specifications, quality and time of completion.
- To ensure that all materials delivered to site are conform to the approved specifications and the project’s inspection test plan.
- To identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contactors within the time stipulated in the contracts.
- To regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect of defective, outstanding or non-conforming works or delayed works.
- To keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect of the progress of works such as daily work record with encompasses labour force, machinery and weather records.
- To attend all site meetings and technical meetings as directed and when necessary.
- To implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work constructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality Management System
- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma/Cert from Technical Institution or above
- At least 3 years working experience in related field
- Initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills
- Preferably with experiences in supervising high rise residential product or similar projects
- **Registered with LAM/BEM as Inspector of Works (IOW**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
