School Administrator Digital Marketing

This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills. Administrator should also have love, patience and respect for children. Administrator will assist with the daily office operations to ensure the school is a secure and nurturing environment for children.
- Respond to specific inquiries and provide information required by parents.
- Act as school’s receptionist, greet visitors and parents and answer phones.
- Assist in the daily operations and recruitment of students.
- Maintain & increase internal customer service awareness by recording and communicating customers forecast, problems and expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work place.
- Maintain accurate and orderly records.
- Promote high quality communication between all members of the school community.
- Work within all school policies and procedures.
- Assist in writing monthly newsletters.
- Develop and implement a content calendar for various social media platforms to ensure a steady flow of engaging content.
- Monitor social media trends and stay informed about best practices for maximising reach and engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with teachers, and other staff to understand upcoming events and initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align content creation with broader institutional goals and messaging.
- Assist the School Staff, Principal and Directors as needed.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of relevant professional administrator experience, preferably in an childcare/kindergarten environment.
- Applicants must be fluent English speakers.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office.
- Highly professional appearance.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize & stay calm under pressure.
- Have excellent communication skills and be willing to adapt to the demands of an international school.
- Be well organized and good time management skills.
- Have impeccable attention to detail and be thorough in his/her work.
- Interest in working in a fast paced, demanding, school environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality & handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Be highly flexible and be a team player who takes initiative.
- Have excellent computer skills.
