**Responsibilities**:

- Actively in penetrate in new market segment for Global Accounts and Global Markets to speed up the revenue creation.
- Acquiring corporate customers, focus on large private players in the industry as well as Project Business.
- Represent and market the company's products and services to both local and international markets and businesses (includes East Malaysia market).
- Monitor market trends to identify new business development opportunities to support the revenue growth.
- Responsible for reaching sales objectives in the Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea) sector for both import and export markets, as well as the Fleet Management and Container Division business.
- Organize sales activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to create new initiatives that will boost sales and ensure the company expand.
- Establish sales business plan to promote and offer services to existing or potential clients with the objective of growing the customer database.
- Proactive in gathering market data, understanding the actions of competitors, and the capacity to identify new business opportunities.
- Execute the global and/or local ocean freight products and trades lanes/networks and procurement strategies on FCL and LCL products.
- Maintain positive connections with vendors (Ocean carriers, trucking companies and others involved).
- Manage the Ocean Export procurement process in meeting the Key Performance Deliverables.
- Establish partnerships with ocean carriers and serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for rate accuracy for container services, organizing contract service lanes and space allocation requests.
- Collaboration with overseas partners and the Ocean team to reduce unit costs through efficient sourcing, cargo mixing, and prioritisation of sales possibilities.
- Perform appropriate scope of work as assigned by management
**Job Requirement: -**
- At least 5-8 year(s) of working experience related to freight forwarder specialize in Operation & Sales
- Strong industry knowledge, logistics requirements, market trend and proven sales track record.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, task-oriented with good knowledge in presentation and self-motivated
- Good ability to plan strategically, extensive skills to integrate and coordinate resources across functions and borders
- Good computer proficiency in MS Office and able to deliver presentations tailored to the client needs.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
