岗位职责:

- 根据最新的行业趋势和目标受众的社交媒体语言和习惯,规划和管理我们的社交媒体平台。
- 测量和报告所有数字营销活动的绩效,并根据目标(ROI 和 KPI)进行评估。
- 识别趋势和洞察力,并根据洞察力优化支出和绩效。
- 通过数字营销集思广益新的和创造性的增长策略。。
- 在 Twitter/Facebook/Instagram 上策划和执行内容的营销活动/活动
- 分析 Facebook 和 Google 广告效果并执行广告优化
- 为网站/博客/社交媒体和其他广告材料开发想法、概念和内容
- 管理和增加公司的会员网络,与KOL和代理商合作,带来更多的品牌知名度

- Job Requirement:

- 2+ Years of experience in social media, communications or digital marketing roles with proven ability to drive measurable growth for a brand.
- Experience executing paid social media campaigns
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in marketing or related field
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Great team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic and creative thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of the blockchain, finance and/or tech industries is a plus.
- Able to speak, write and read Mandarin and English.

**Job Description**:

- Plan and manage our social media platforms according to the latest industry trends and our target audience’s social media language and habits.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Planning and execute content's marketing campaigns / activities on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram
- Analyze Facebook & Google ad performance & execute ad optimization
- Developing ideas, concepts and contents for website / blog / social media and other advertising materials
- Manage & increase the company’s affiliate network, and collaborate with KOL and agency to bring more brand awareness.
