**Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities**:
1) TikTok and Social Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies on TikTok to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, leveraging TikTok trends and features.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on TikTok's latest features, trends, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of TikTok full funnel strategies.
2) CRM and Acquisition:
- Oversee and develop local CRM programs to achieve acquisition targets for Huggies® Club.
- Initiate and execute CRM programs to drive retention objectives within Huggies® Club.
- Manage the annual CRM and acquisition budget for Huggies®.
- Utilize data analytics to understand customer behaviour and preferences, tailoring CRM campaigns accordingly.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
3) Brand Management:
- Partner with marketing team to align digital activities with overall brand strategy.
- Support new product launches and campaigns with integrated digital activations.

**Essential requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, social content strategy, and CRM.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's platform and proven experience developing content or campaigns for TikTok.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across markets and fun
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
