**Job Title**: Administrative Officer (Automotive)
**Department**: Administration / Operations
**Location**:DMMS Chan Sow Lin & DMMS Petaling Jaya
**Reports to**: Branch Manager
**Job Purpose**:
To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the automotive service and sales office. The Administrative Officer will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and documentation. This role is essential in maintaining smooth branch operations, particularly in areas involving customer service, documentation, and coordination between departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Manage documentation related to vehicle registration, insurance, warranty, and customer records.
- Coordinate appointments, schedules, and internal communications within the branch.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, invoices, and other documents for management review.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
- Support the sales and service teams in processing documentation related to vehicle sales and after-sales service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant automotive regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s administrative systems.
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- At least 2 or 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
