CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (CALL CENTER)
**Key Responsibilities**:
The Customer Service Executive (Call Center) will be responsible to:
- Identify customers’ inquiries accurately and provide the best solution and satisfaction.
- Understand customer’s mind-set really well.
- Multi-task, and promptly update case logs into the CRM system.
- Generate leads by actively educating the right process and procedure.
- Completing task assigned within deadline.
- Be a good team player.
**Requirements**:
- Perfectly spoken in Malay and English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems,
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and high performance culture.
- Computer literate.
- Must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
