**Position Overview**:
The HR Assistant provides essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HR-related processes. This role assists with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, payroll, and other general HR tasks. The HR Assistant serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and works closely with the HR team to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.

**1. 行政支持**
- 为人力资源部门提供行政帮助,包括安排面试、组织会议以及维护人力资源档案。
- 负责管理人力资源部门的通信工作,包括电子邮件、电话以及其他沟通事项。

**2. 员工档案管理**
- 维护准确、最新的员工档案,包括个人信息、职位以及福利信息。
- 确保所有员工信息的存储符合隐私和数据保护法规。

**3. 招聘与入职培训**
- 协助招聘流程,包括发布职位空缺、筛选简历和安排面试。
- 帮助新员工的入职培训流程,准备入职文件并组织入职培训。

**4. 员工关系与支持**
- 作为员工查询有关人力资源政策、程序和基本问题的联络点。
- 协助协调员工活动、培训项目以及其他人力资源活动。

**5. 薪资与福利管理**
- 为薪资准备工作提供帮助,确保相关文件准确记录并处理。
- 协助福利管理,包括更新员工福利档案并处理员工福利相关问题。

**6. 合规与政策遵循**
- 确保所有人力资源活动符合公司政策、劳动法及相关法规。
- 帮助更新和维护公司的人力资源政策和员工手册。

**7. 一般办行政支持**
- 协助办公室的日常管理,如订购办公用品、维护文件系统以及组织公司活动。

**Requirements**:
**1. 教育背景:**
- 至少具有人力资源、工商管理或相关领域的文凭。

**2. 工作经验:**
- 1-2年人力资源相关工作经验或行政支持经验。

**3. 技能:**
- 较强的沟通和人际交往能力。
- 熟练掌握Microsoft Office套件(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)。
- 注重细节,工作高度准确,具备良好的组织能力。
- 能够谨慎处理机密信息。

**4. 语言能力:**
- 具备优秀的普通话、粤语和英语口头及书面沟通能力,因为需要与香港团队进行合作。

**5. 可入职时间:**
- 能够立即入职者优先考虑。

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus
