Seller & Service Points Acquisitions - Logistic

**JOB TYPE**:

**JOB SCOPE**:
- Acquire retail stores as Buyer Self Collection (BSC) points and offer parcel collection services.
- Pitch program to targeted stores within eligible areas and handle end-to-end onboarding (lead acquisition, contract signing, POSM delivery, training).
- Follow up on leads, assist with seller registration, and hand over to the backend team after incubation.
- Conduct regular outreach to sellers, maintain relationships, and minimize churn.
- Travel regularly to meet potential sellers and proactively pursue additional leads.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or above.
- Good command of Malay & English (written & spoken).
- Outgoing, confident, and able to pitch with a driven attitude.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of Excel; logistics/operations or sales experience is a plus.
- Willing to travel with own transport.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
