Deskripsi kerja:
a) Penyediaan Cadangan Potongan Operasi SWM/ KPI SWCORP
- Memastikan cadangan potongan diterima sebelum tarikh akhir yang ditetapkan daripada pihak Operasi dan CRM (Customer Relations Management)
- Memasukkan data-data potongan ke dalam format excel untuk mendapatkan jumlah potongan
- Mendapatkan kelulusan SAM/ ROM untuk potongan “back up” pihak SWM ke kawasan kontraktor

b) Pengurusan hal ehwal kontraktor di Lapangan
- Audit kontraktor di lapangan dan menyediakan laporan audit - Audit kenderaan, pekerja, lesen bagi pengesahan dokumentasi yang dihantar oleh kontraktor
- Memantau sistem Mresponz eNTC kontraktor dan menyelesaikan masalah yang berkaitan

c) Penyediaan Penyata Pembayaran Kepada Kontraktor
- Menyediakan penyata pembayaran kepada kontraktor setiap bulan yang melibat jumlah bayaran dan potongan kepada kontraktor
- Memproses dan mengemaskini Kontrak SAP dan PO kontrak dalam sistem

d) Mesyuarat Koordinasi / Taklimat Bersama Kontraktor
- Menyelaraskan mesyuarat, perjumpaan dan majlis berkaitan kontraktor bila dikehendaki oleh pihak pengurusan
- Membuat perjumpaan dengan kontraktor yang mendapat ranking C & D

e) Mengemaskini Maklumat Kontraktor
- Mengemaskini senarai bulanan kenderaan/ pekerja kontraktor SWM
- Mengemaskini rekod kemasukan kontraktor SWM jika diperlukan
- Menyemak nombor laluan & kenderaan kutipan kontraktor
- Mengemaskini kontraktor profil seperti nama, nombor telefon dan sebagainya

f) Laporan Bulanan Kontraktor
- Memastikan kontraktor menghantar invois/laporan sebelum tarikh akhir yang ditetapkan
- Memastikan kontraktor menghantar jadual sebelum tarikh akhir yang ditetapkan

Menyediakan laporan berkaitan kontrak kepada pihak atasan sebelum atau pada tarikh akhir yang ditetapkan.

a) Penyediaan Surat Kepada Kontraktor
- Menyediakan surat amaran kepada kontraktor mengikut spesifikasi yang ditetapkan dari segi penilaian prestasi
- Menyediakan surat peringatan/ amaran kepada kontraktor bagi kesalahan KPI
- Menghantar pekeliling pentadbiran kontraktor dari semasa ke semasa apabila diperlukan oleh pihak pengurusan

b) Pengurusan Insuran Kontraktor
- Memastikan kontraktor mematuhi obligasi kontrak berkaitan dengan insuran
- Memastikan insuran kontraktor yang diuruskan oleh pihak SWM disambung mengikut tempoh yang diperlukan
- Berhubung dengan pihak insuran yang dilantik dan Jabatan Kewangan bagi urusan pembayaran insuran
- Berhubung dengan kontraktor berkaitan kes-kes kemalangan seperti cermin pecah bagi aktiviti pemotongan rumput

c) Menyelenggara Fail-Fail Di Dalam Unit Pentadbiran Kontrak
- Menyelenggara semua fail yang berkaitan dengan kontraktor dan Unit Pentadbiran Kontrak
- Memastikan salinan dokumen kontrak atau surat lanjutan kontrak difailkan setelah mendapat pengesahan kontraktor

d) Pendaftaran Kontraktor Baru/ Kontraktor Back Up
- Menguruskan pendaftaran kontraktor baru dan menyelenggara daftar yang berkaitan dengannya
- Menyediakan senarai kontraktor back up untuk keperluan pihak Operasi

e) Lain-Lain Atau Tugas-Tugas Khas Yang Diberikan Oleh Ketua Bahagian
- Menguruskan hal-hal penjualan pakaian seragam kepada kontraktor dan menyelenggara rekod berkaitan
- Membantu unit-unit yang lain ketika ketiadaan kakitangan yang bertanggungjawab
- Lain-lain tugas yang diarahkan oleh HOD/ ROM/ SAM

**Spesifikasi Pekerjaan**
- Sekurang-kurangnya Diploma dalam mana-mana bidang yang diiktiraf.
- Mahir dalam penggunaan komputer dan penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Office (Words, Excel).

Mempunyai pengalaman selama 1 tahun atau lebih dalam bidang pentadbiran

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
