**About the Role** We are seeking a highly motivated Project Associate to support an audio transcription, ensuring the successful execution of the project from initiation through completion. You will collaborate closely with our Project Managers to guide a team of Data Annotators in accurately labeling client data, contributing to the improvement of advanced Machine Learning models. Your efforts will directly support the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. **Responsibilities** - Assist Project Managers with end-to-end operations, offering support where necessary - Adjust project documentation and communications when changes to project occur - Perform thorough quality checks for optimal accuracy. - Update project tracker and annotator timesheets frequently - Provide guidance to our remote annotators with their challenges and/or questions via our internal communication platforms, including resolving project-specific queries. **Qualifications** - Possess or working towards a relevant degree such as Business Studies, Analytics, Linguistics, Communications, or other professional degree. - Technically competent in Google Workspace, including spreadsheets. - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and reliability. - A driven and results-oriented individual with an excellent "go-getter" attitude. - Strong organizational and planning abilities with efficient time management skills to meet and exceed deliverables. - A commitment to integrity and resourcefulness, always seeking new ways to arrive at a solution. - Crucially, proficient in spoken and written English, in addition to Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
