**Project Associate**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating project tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and update status reports regularly.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record action items.
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support the preparation of project budgets, invoices, and financial tracking.
- Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks related to project operations as assigned.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Certificate / Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a related role (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.

**Working Conditions**
- Primarily site-based, with occasional travel to outstation or client locations as required.
- May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.

**Reports To: Project Manager / Project Director**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
