**About the Job**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally, always reflecting our brand’s tone and values.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring smooth resolutions and high satisfaction.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, QA, response time, and resolution time.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and insights to help us continuously improve.
- This position primarily supports customers based in the United States._
**Requirements**:
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a call center or BPO environment will be an advantage.
- Genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people, showing empathy, and building lasting relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and a reliable team player.
- Well-organized, patient, and takes ownership of every customer interaction.
- Experience with **Zendesk** or similar customer support platforms is a plus.
**Additional Details**
- **Location**: _Infinity8 Reserve Mid Valley Southkey, Level 28, Johor Bahru_
- **Work Schedule**: 5-day work week (including weekends and public holidays) & Rotational Shifts basis
- **Salary**: RM3,500 - RM4,500 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
