**About You**

CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales Representative, for our Customer Service Department. We need a self-driven individual with effective communication and negotiation skills. Your responsibilities include and not limited to identifying potential customers, assisting the end-to-end customer experience journey, and closing the

deal.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Perform Outbound calls to potential customers available in CARSOME’s Internal database to persuade and convince them to make online booking payment for their preferred CARSOME cars.
- Delivers scripted sales talks to describe services or products to potential customers.
- Attend customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME’s used car business, product & service offerings.
- Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled.
- Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contributes to teamwork by achieving relevant results.
- Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using CARSOME tools provided.

**Your Know-How**
- Education Level - A high school qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as Telemarketer or similar sales role with a minimum 1-year experience.
- Able to work under a fast phase environment.
- Have a positive mindset, sales-oriented person.
- compulsory.
- Strong English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

- Bahasa (preferred)
