**About You**
CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales Representative, for our Customer Service Department. We need a self-driven individual with effective communication and negotiation skills. Your responsibilities include and not limited to identifying potential customers, assisting the end-to-end customer experience journey, and closing the
deal.
**Your Day-to-Day**
- Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support as needed.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating complex cases to stakeholder or management when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Zoho and CMS software or other tools.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes.
- Contributing to the development of support materials, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
- Manage support requests and follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Your Know-How**
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong, English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
