Pacific Integrated Logistics Malaysia Sdn Bhd is part of the Pacific Logistics Group (Headquarters in Singapore), a trusted international logistics provider with strong presence across Asia. We specialize in freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions tailored to our customers' needs. Our Malaysia office is expanding, and we are looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on shipment inquiries, booking arrangements, and service requests.
- Handle order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination in line with customer requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas offices/agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Monitor and update customers on shipment status, proactively resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensure accurate billing and support the finance team on invoicing matters when needed.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships by providing excellent service and timely solutions.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years' working experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin will be an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer-oriented, detail-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
