**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The account executive is responsible and accountable for all aspect of Account activities in the company’s like cash flow, preparation of P&L, credit /debit facilities, statement of accounts, creditor /debtor aging report.
- To carry out preparation and calculation of payroll for all employees in the company and ensuring pay out by 7th of every month.
- To carry out periodic check on the conformance of cash flow pertaining to the company.
- To liaise with relevant authorities and banking institute on all account and cash flow pertaining matters.
- To Ensure that monthly account report is made by 10th every month.
- To maintain good housekeeping at all times with reference to 5S stipulation on office floor.
- Responsible to generate team works toward achieving Company’s objective on productivity, rejects and on time delivery as the efficiency set by the company.
- Responsible to accreditation and maintain a conformance of ISO9001, ISO14001 & IATF 16949
**AUTHORITY**
- To stop/hold external provider payment whenever any non-conformity of deliveries
**ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT**
Diploma/ Degree in ACCA level I & II
**EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENT**
- Able to operate Accounting software.
- Able to handle full sets of manufacturing accounts.
- Understanding in Malaysian Payroll Adminsitration.
- Minimum 3 years of the relevant working experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
