To manage all customer’s service enquiry towards to the solution.
- To open raise service quotation, order parts from warehouse or local sources in order to cater for all service jobs.
- To plan daily technician’s job arrangement.
- To review Job File together with related documents before confirming the SO are ready for closing.
- To monitor all breakdown that pending for repair at the workshop/customer sites. To work on any possible solution in term of the repair work or parts resources.
- Specialist and to provide highly technical support to the team through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.
- To lead in technical problem solving.
- To manage faster turnaround time in technical information and solution.
- To provide onsite support for technical issue.
- To guide Senior Technician on supervisory role mainly to lead the Junior Technician and to handle the operation at high level.

Technical Wrenching and Hands-on:

- Perform diagnostic procedures across a variety of components systems and machines
- Activities require handling and grasping with hands while performing repairs and maintenance of equipment by utilizing hand tools, power tools, air tools, nuts, bolts, electronic controls and other parts.
- Locate and make reference to Service publications in softcopy and hardcopy formats
- Communicates with Junior Technicians, leading technicians & Service seniors for equipment maintenance and repair requirements.
- Upon completion of the Service job, maintains paperwork documentation of work performed in a complete and timely manner including reports, parts returns & other repair related reports deemed necessary.
- Ensure work place/workshop condition and cleanliness according to SOP.
- Load & unload equipment from “carriers” whilst complying to safety requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
