- Accountable for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing business systems and process.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational information systems with the business/sales process.
- Undertake IT of the organization, operations audit and regulatory compliance.
- Implement process improvements for business solution analysis and delivery methodologies.
- Analyse business process changes by postal (UPU) and determine their impact to customers.
- Identify and analyse business risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Undertake sales planning of the organization.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements.
- Recommend business strategies and ideas.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management or related field.
- Strong business acumen including a good sense of how the automation of different business processes and tools can be utilized to improve business efficiency.
- Ability to drive, develop, and document a clear vision for the use of Business Applications in support of business requirement.
