Business Development Manager

**Descriptions**
- Providing pre-sales presentation, technical Q&A, and after-sales support services.
- Delivering solution & service proposals that best meet the clients’ needs in terms of quality, price and delivery timeline.
- Conducting vendor registrations for ELSA’s clients.
- Working on tender activities including preparation and submission of Market Surveys, RFQs, RFPs and Technical and Commercial Bid Proposal. Analyzing tender requirements and preparing a strong and competitive proposal. Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions.
- Maximizing business with existing contracts. Maintaining strong relationship with clients to build and expand business long term.
- Assisting in various department’s initiatives including talent database, market research, branding, SOP, technology adoption, HSE adherence among others.
**Requirements**:
- Any degree or diploma with minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role in Sales / Business Development / Marketing in business environment.
- Experiences in sales & business development in talent solutions such as recruitment, payroll and manpower services are an advantage.
- Persistency and Proven ability in generating leads / sales / business.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
- Client focused along with relationship building skills.
- Business acumen and market insight.
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Sales / Business Development / Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
- Talent Solutions / Recruitment / Manpower: 7 years (preferred)
