As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development to join our team.
- **Franchisee Relationship Management**
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal, and finance) to ensure a seamless franchise development process, consistent brand execution, and compliance with corporate policies.
- **Market Analysis and Business Proposal Development**

Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to spot opportunities and challenges, while preparing and presenting strong business proposals and financial models to attract and secure franchise partners.
- **Franchise Performance Monitoring and Compliance**

Oversee franchise operations post-launch, support franchisee growth and operational excellence, ensure compliance with legal and brand standards, and collaborate on marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, franchise development, or related roles within the coffee or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of franchise business models, operations, and financials.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with franchise partners and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify strategic opportunities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel within Malaysia as needed

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

- Subang Bestari: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
