We are looking for a proactive and dedicated **Business Development Support** to join our team and assist in expanding our licensing network, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and strengthening partner relationships.

**Summary of Responsibilities**:

- Manage initial enquiries from potential licensees, including basic explanation, preparation of pitch decks, and systematic follow-ups.
- Screen and forward complete licensee information to the Business Licensee Partner (BLP) based on zoning for closing and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain the full onboarding flow, including official forms, checklists, and technical requirements for new outlet openings.
- Coordinate training sessions (online or physical) with Area Supervisors for new licensees and baristas during onboarding.
- Act as the main liaison for filtering and channeling complaints or issues from licensees to the relevant BLP by zone.
- Support B2B marketing efforts to attract new licensees, including ad management, booth participation, media activities, and PR events under HQ initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, franchise/licensing, or F&B industry preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; design tools knowledge is an advantage.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel within assigned zones when required.
