**Location: KL Sentral**

**Responsibilities**:
The Content Review Associate will implement our clients’ Content moderation strategy, monitoring and moderating content to ensure a safe and fun online environment. The role coordinates with internal and external decision makers to support the mission of ensuring a safe and fun environment while providing excellent customer service to cultivate a strong brand presence in the market place.
- Working towards creating a positive environment and improve user experience online.
- Managing sensitive content and safeguarding content effectively on digital platforms.
- Responding to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
- Understanding and remaining up-to-date with client policies and guidelines.
- Resolving inquires according to defined policies and procedures.
- Fulfilling base productivity and quality requirements.

**Requirements**:
Must be able to Read, Write & Speak ( Korean Speaker)

Ability to work on holidays and weekends, including rotational shifts as directed by their team

Must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment (3 shifts -morning, afternoon & Night) start shift at 4.30am

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Signing bonus
