**Job Scope**
- To coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers on operation needs.
- Pre-plan operation and daily prioritized work schedule to execute operation in a timely and effective manner.
- To monitor operational activities of both internal operation team and external service provider to ensure smooth and productive day-to-day operation.
- To ensure smooth and timely delivery of client orders.
- To monitor product inspection or quality check of purchased products and take action of any faulty or inconsistencies immediately.
- To ensure inventory stock check is performed regularly to prepare report to management or when asked for. Ensure data in Warehouse & Inventory Management System is up to date.
- To monitor stock movements, emergency stock levels and prepare replenish of stocks orders report where needed.
- To communicate with upper management to develop strategic operational goals.
- To monitor daily work progress report and follow-up activities report to effectively meet operational goals.
- Responsible to support the Head of Department at all times in regards to the operations stability and to perform ad-hoc operation jobs and tasks whenever required by the management team.

**Responsibility & Accountability**
- To ensure all operation needs are met in a cost effective and productive manner.
- To ensure service are delivered to clients within stipulated date with controlled quality.
- To ensure all records related to purchases and shipments are accurately updated.
- Self-motivated and possess positive working attitude.
- Good time management skills.

**Qualification Required**
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any related field.
- At least 2-3 year working experience in related field.
- Written and spoken language proficiency in Malay, English and Arabic
- Able to understand and communicate fluently in Arabic is an advantage
- Computer literate.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
