**Job Scope**
- **Marine Coordinator Role**_
- Received queries (service order) from clients, follow up the progress of operations, in charge of routine enquiries from various parties.
- Planning and arranging of wharf facilities service, quality control inspection on operation process and service; and purchasing.
- Communicate effectively and co-operate with Business Development Executive, Wharf Facilities & Services in problem solving and making improvements in achieving Company goals.
- To report to superior regarding operation works progress, quality and safety issues including preparing of Operation report for daily morning meeting.
- To check, review and approve on all documents provided by subordinates
- Handle and monitor of berthing, lifting, bunkering and fresh water activities.
- Monitor all outdoor field work, including issue clear and concise instructions to vessel master, attend to surveyors/client inspection or audit.
- Assist and communicate effectively with Business Development Executive creating and establishing any SOP regarding on the operations when required.
- Communicate effectively with Contractor if there is any request from clients for crane arrangement.

- **Designated Person Ashore Role**_
- Supporting strong safety culture and ensuring continuous improvement
- Ensuring all related parties understand and correctly implement the company safety and environmental protection policy as per Safety Management System
- Organizing and monitoring internal audits to ensure conformity with the International Safety Management (ISM) when carrying out shore-based and shipboard activities.
- Reviewing all reports of non-conformities, hazardous situations or any accidents, received from vessels, and close all findings as required

**Qualification Required**
- Minimum Diploma / Degree holder.
- Minimum 3-year(s) experience in operation or in similar position.
- Computer literate.
- Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
