To support our continued business growth, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team based in Miri, Sarawak.

About the role

In this full-time role, you will play a key part in building strong client relationships, expanding market presence, and driving business growth within the exciting marine, oil & gas industry.

What you'll be doing:-

  • Developing, identifying, and acquiring new clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Providing excellent customer service and problem-solving support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.

What we're looking for:-

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 year's experience in Sales. (Experience/ exposure in Marine or Oil & Gas industry is an advantage).
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin & local dialect is a plus)
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, confident in delivering presentations and engaging with clients at all levels.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow client accounts.
  • Willingness to travel outstation for customer visits and troubleshooting when required.
  • Full training will be provided to all new joiner.
