Customer Support Specialist

Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information on game features and issues.
- Help players troubleshoot and resolve problems related to gameplay, accounts, and payments.
- Guide players on game rules, strategies, and promotions.
- Record and track player interactions using the support system.
- Work with development and QA teams to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor player feedback to identify common problems and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on game knowledge, new features, and promotions.
- Support the improvement of customer support processes and resources.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns or frustrations.
- Basic technical knowledge and proficiency in using customer support tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required as a night shift agent of **24/7**support.
- Passion for gaming and an understanding of online gaming culture and trends.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
