**Join Our Team: Key Account Officer (Based in Kuala Lumpur)**

We are looking for a **proactive and customer-focused Key Account Officer** to be part of our growing team in **Kuala Lumpur**. In this role, you'll be the key bridge between our company and our clients—ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, managing ongoing customer relationships, and driving long-term satisfaction and retention.

**Job Summary**:

- Guide new clients through onboarding
- Provide ongoing support to ensure customers get the most value from our products/services
- Build strong, lasting client relationships that support retention and growth

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Onboarding**
- Welcome and guide new customers through a structured onboarding journey
- Conduct welcome calls and provide product training to ensure a smooth setup and strong start

**2. Account Management**
- Monitor customer accounts proactively to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
- Invite and engage clients in monthly events and promotional activities
- Keep customers updated on new features and service enhancements

**3. Customer Retention**
- Understand customer goals and align our solutions to help achieve them
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client growth and renewal strategies

**Job Requirements**:

- Malaysian citizen or holder of valid residence status
- Minimum **SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree**, with at least **1 year of experience** in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- **Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin** (required to support Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Must possess own transport for occasional **site visits to client locations**:

- Based in **Kuala Lumpur**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Retention bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sri Petaling: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
