Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager located in Petaling Jaya, with some work-from-home options. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts especially in the Pharmacy Channel, creating business plans, delivering excellent customer service, and performing account management activities. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, developing strategic plans for key accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Key Accounts experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business planning
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
