**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the day to day operations of the pest control services including:
- plan, direct, manages, coordinates and monitor activities and operations of the Operation Department
- participate in developing departmental goal and objectives
- administer and monitors compliance to departmental policies and procedures in accordance to organizational guideline
- monitor quality of service rendered to customers
- manage the assets of the business in accordance with policy eg. chemical stocks, equipment, vehicle and other tools
- prepare a detailed service work schedule according to the contract agreement
- conduct visits to new customer location with technicians for the purpose of identifying existing problems and work planning
- prepare customer monthly report and submit according to the deadline
- prepare management monthly report and submit according to the deadline
- periodically monitor the daily work activities performed by the technician at the customer's location to ensure that work is done in accordance with company rules
- attend meeting with customers on a monthly basis to identify any problem arising for the the services provided
- hold regular discussions with operation team to identify any problem arising from the work activities
