**Responsibilities**:

- Handle full set of account
- Plan financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management with management team.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Process financial transactions.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Liaise with external parties such as clients, supplier, secretary, auditors etc.
- Perform general administrative tasks including document filing, correspondence, and office coordination.
- Ensuring transparency, efficiency in all transaction.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- Familiarity with finance regulations.
- Proficiency and hands on experience in accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Good time management and organizational skills: Being able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is essential.
