- Remuneration: Basic Salary**Responsibilities**:

- .Operate production machine according to production plan and work instructions. Minimize downtime.
- .Ensure correct raw materials before use / charging.
- .Ensure finished good comply with quality specification.
- .Inspect the actual process setting against standard cards from time to time. Make improvement setting and initiate new setting. Request for supervisor's approval if needed. Report to supervisor if notice any process abnormality.
- .Prepare accurate setting card for new process and sample. Submit to supervisor for verification and approval.
- .Report for duty as and when require.
- .Ensure subordinates are trained and competence.
- .Perform simple machine repair and maintenance.
- .Ensure effective communication within production team and inter-department.
- .Lead by good example.
- .Inspire and motivate subordinate towards company objectives / goals.
- .Ensure operator leaves are key in on time into e-office system.
- **Requirements**:

- .Diploma in Chemical and Material Engineering, Electrical Engineering, General Engineering and Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing and Production, Quality Control.
- .Able to work in full-time and shift rotation.
- .Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.-
