Customer Service Officer

LEAD THE TEAM TO SUCCESSFUL EVENT:
- To supervise & lead the team to ensure smooth operation before, during & after the event
- To obtain quality leads during event
- In the event if there’s no event/roadshow activation, you are required to work as a Telemarketing
- Deliver prepared sales script that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to enroll the product or service
- health screening package.
- Explain products or services and prices (customized package), and answer questions from customers
- Deliver promotional information to client, as and when promotion is available
- Direct prospects to the sales team for better sales opportunity.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
RECORD UPDATES:
- Enter and update customer information in the database (existing & new client). Record names, addresses, package details, payment and appointment details
- Obtain names and telephone numbers of 'Potential client’, from other sources such as; referral leads, websites, events and vouchers
- Identify potential client
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintain records of customer
- All event leads must be compile and submit within 24 hours
- To assist the respective sales person for all administration work such as reports, costing and etc whenever required.
SHARING INFORMATION OF PRODUCT OR SERVICES OFFERED:
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
- Go “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
EMAILING PRODUCT OR SERVICE DETAILS AND APPOINTMENT:
OTHERS:
- To undertake any other ADHOC jobs assigned by Head of Department or Management from time to time.
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
