Role Overview
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations — ensuring CoreBody runs seamlessly and clients receive exceptional service at every touchpoint. From front desk interactions to studio upkeep, scheduling, and community engagement, you will play a key role in maintaining our standards and building meaningful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations & Environment
- Ensure the studio is always welcoming, clean, and fully functional according to CoreBody standards.
- Monitor studio facilities, amenities, and equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee class transitions, ensuring timely setup and smooth flow between sessions.
- Maintain inventory for retail, props, cleaning supplies, and consumables.
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact, delivering warm, professional service to all clients.
- Manage check-ins, bookings, retail sales, and customer queries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Guide new clients through onboarding, package options, and studio etiquette.
- Ensure all front desk processes (POS, bookings, attendance, cancellations) are executed flawlessly.
Sales & Client Growth
- Proactively follow up with existing clients for feedback, renewals, and package upgrades.
- Reach out to new leads and enquiries to convert them into paying clients.
- Actively promote and upsell studio offerings such as events, workshops, retail, and private sessions.
- Maintain accurate sales tracking and report performance regularly.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Respond promptly to all client enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, ClassPass, and Google Reviews.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and upsell opportunities (class packs, events, retail).
- Maintain a consistent tone of professionalism, empathy, and warmth in all communications.

- Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a customer-first, results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs (retail, memberships, or services).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with booking systems, POS, and social media platforms.
- Flexible and reliable — available to work on evenings and weekends as required by studio schedules.
