Trading Operations Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support trading activities for precious metals including gold, silver, and PGMs.
- Evaluate purchasing decisions with a focus on profitability.
- Review trade-related documents such as Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to ensure compliance before sending to customers.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Work with suppliers to ensure payments are made on time.
- Maintain and update customer records and assist with managing customer relationships.
- Assist in preparing reports on activities, customer acquisition, profitability targets, and trading performance.
- Utilize trading platforms to support hedging activities and manage basic price risk.
- Reconcile trading positions and prepare end-of-day reports for the finance team.
- Ensure accurate execution and pricing of internal and external trades including spot and forward transactions.
- Maintain and organize order books and ensure effective communication with the trading and management teams.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Results-driven with a proactive mindset.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and industry events when required.
- Possesses basic analytical skills and eager to learn market data interpretation.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to support trade execution and reporting processes.
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.Willing to learn to make timely and informed decisions under pressure.
