Assist in developing, implementing, reviewing and maintaining of company policies, rules & regulations which is in compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, Statutes and regulations.
- Assist in manpower planning, recruitment and selection process.
- Handling payroll including statutory deductions.
- Oversee employees' discipline and handle employee relation and disciplinary issues including counselling.
- Prepare HR correspondences including letters, memo, notices and ensure HR data is up to date.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies such JTK, EPF, SOCSO, IRB etc
- Prepare monthly & yearly HR report.
- Assist in enhance HR and its related procedures.
- Any other duties within the HR & Admin scope, assigned to you by the Superior.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Required language(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skill and high work integrity.
- Proficient in HR2000 payroll & HR management software will be an advantage.
- Able to work in Section 14, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
- Work Hours: Mondays - Fridays: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm.
- Contract Length: Minimum 2 Months.

Contract length: 2 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
