Assist the Operation Manager(OM) in researching and following up with action on matters that fall within OM the responsibility to chase responses, triggering follow-up action.
- Organize meetings and ensure that the Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, and meeting papers, and preparing meeting minutes.
- Perform administrative functions including incoming/outgoing mails, calls, typing letters, memos, reports, proposals, proper filing, and organization of documents for easy retrieval and secure manner.
- Assist the OM in daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks, which include managing an active calendar of appointments, and completing expense reports.
- To receive visitors, including VIP’s & royalty and ensuring that appropriate attention is paid to the necessary protocol and procedural issues
- Creating presentation slide, checking content for the manager
- Handle personal, private, and matters professionally and confidentially.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
