Managing the overall delivery of the project under Geomatika Group Management in accordance with directions / approval given by the Management. - Managing sub-contractors, Consultants and other relationships in regards with the project assigned. - Assigning resources to deliver works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standards. - Monitoring and guiding workflow, setting daily, weekly, and long term project goals based on the direction & approval given by the Management. - Reviewing progress against plans, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones. - Provides relevant information and reports to their immediate superior regularly. - Proactively provide improvement idea, tools, technique and support in improvement activities within University compound and other related commercial companies as well. - Professionally manage single or multiple projects to meet project scope, quality, schedule and cost. - Responsible to estimate, define, request project budget and monitor/control project budget/expenditure - Responsible for planning and execution of engineering programs and organizing projects according to project requirement for product quality and delivery timeless. - Receive and manage projects from time to time based on directions given by the management. Qualifications / Job Requirements - At least Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/ any related field from recognize university. - 2 -3 years of working in industry preferably in education field. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. - Skills needed: Autodesk AutoCad, 3D Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop. - Willing to work in Setiawangsa Kuala Lumpur
