**Job Summary**:
Accenture Malaysia is hiring a detail-oriented and culturally aware **Content Moderator (Urdu Speaker)** to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will help ensure a safe and respectful online environment by reviewing content in Urdu across various formats and platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review user-generated content (text, images, and videos), including potentially sensitive material, to ensure compliance with platform policies and legal standards.
- Identify and take action on harmful or policy-violating content, including hate speech, bullying, graphic violence, and content impacting child safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for escalation and timely resolution of flagged content.
- Support continuous improvement of moderation processes and policies.
- Ensure content moderation strategies align with short video platform standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in any field (mandatory).
- **Valid international passport** (required for relocation and employment processing).
- Fluent in **Urdu** and **English** (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to **relocate to Malaysia**.
- Comfortable reviewing sensitive and potentially disturbing content.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
