About the Role

To plan and execute strategic initiatives that drive the growth and development of the Takaful agency business, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and enhancing market penetration of Takaful products.

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with regional Agency Business Development teams to position and promote Takaful products, campaigns, and strategic initiatives to achieve production targets.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, diagnose business performance, and support execution of Takaful-focused strategies.
- Conduct market intelligence through focus groups and feedback sessions with agency leaders and life planners to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and support day-to-day agency activities including recruitment programs, digital tool adoption, and Takaful product training.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably within Takaful or Islamic finance.
- Passionate about Takaful and agency development.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
