**Duties and responsibilities**
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine and a copy machine.
- Receive deliveries, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Assist the Facilities Manager in any other work or support that is required.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks with mínimal
- Ability to support teams in a multinational capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Punctual with strong attendance history.

**Working conditions**

Indoor, corporate office environment

**Physical requirements**
