Insurance Customer Service Executive

We’re Hiring — Join Our Growing Team

Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Saturday:9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

(5.5-day work week with alternate Saturday duty)

Location: Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru

Fluent in English &Malay

Basic computer skills required (PDF, Excel, Word,and general office software etc.

You will be responsible for handling insurance-related administrative and documentation tasks.

This includes working closely with the company founders to manage and update client records,and making follow-up calls to customers regarding policy renewals (no face-to-face meetings required).

You may also be required to assist with general office support tasks, such as data entry, file organization, or simple coordination work when needed.

Even if you’re new, as long as you’re proactive and eager to learn, you’re welcome to join us

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
