Responsible:

- Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
- Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
- To ensure shipment are delivered in a timely manner.
- Ensure the delivery of materials to production lines in accordance.
- Ensure inventories in area of responsibility are accurate.
- Train new Warehouse operatives within area of responsibility.
- Ensure warehouse complete and nicely arrange.
- Where possible resolve any issues or problems which occur in the warehouse.
- Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency
- Shall take additional responds sensibility as instructed by the immediate superior
- Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve and efficient warehouse

2. PACKAGING MONITORING
- Assist store clerk to verify the actual quantity of packaging in warehouse.
- Assist store clerk to monitoring the packaging stock card.

3. INVENTORY MONTHLY
- Monthly arrange and follow duty roster to ensure inventory smooth.

4. INCOMING*Ensure label is correct with the D.O
- Ensure incoming been approved.

5. STORAGE HANDLE
- Ensure all the product in right place also in same rack.

Qualification / Knowledge / Skill Requirement:

- At least 24 month working experience in warehouse industry
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks given
- Willingness to learn about new items and procedures quickly

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
