- Assist Reservation Team with reservation requests from customers and determine the rooms available to meet customers' expectations and desires.- Hotel reservation clerks typically sit or stand at a computer and are tasked with making, changing, and canceling reservations and offering help whenever possible. They may also provide clerical support to other staff members and may work either at the hotel's front desk or a call center.
