- Prepare customised proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to management.
- **Cross-Selling and Upselling**:
- Engage with existing clients to identify opportunities to cross-sell additional software or services.
- Build tailored proposals to upsell additional seats or features to current subscribers.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Provide product education and ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Research and Reporting**:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide actionable feedback on client needs, product features, and service improvements to guide business strategies.
- **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, training, and operations, to align sales strategies and support pre-sales activities.
- Work with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients.

**CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**
- **Sales Expertise and Consultative Selling**:Strong ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and propose solutions that align with organisational goals.
- **Technical and Product Knowledge**:Familiarity with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Vyond, Powtoon) and hybrid content creation solutions, enabling effective product promotion and client education.
- **Presentation and Communication Skills**:Excellent skills in conducting live demonstrations, webinars, and client presentations, effectively conveying product value and benefits.
- **Market Awareness**: In-depth understanding of trends and challenges in the eLearning and EdTech markets, with the ability to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- **Goal-Oriented and Organised**:A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets, managing multiple client relationships, and maintaining organised workflows.
**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the eLearning or technology sector.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in software or eLearning solutions, is highly advantageous.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
- Familiarity with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Powtoon) and content creation services is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools, such as Zoho CRM, Miro Board, and ClickUp.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
**Benefit**:
