**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Exceptional Client Engagement**
- Assist with bidder registration, auction participation, and post-sale processes to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and efficiency, fostering trust and loyalty.

**2. Consignment Sourcing & Evaluation**
- Identify and source high-value consignments by connecting with new and existing clients.
- Conduct outreach calls to potential consignors to introduce auction opportunities and secure consignments.
- Collaborate with in-house experts to assess and appraise items for auction suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong network of consignors, enhancing the diversity and quality of auction offerings.

**3. Relationship Building & Business Development**
- Cultivate long-term relationships with high-value clients and consignors.
- Represent the auction house at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
- Understand client needs and craft tailored solutions to maximize their engagement with our auctions.

**4. Operational Excellence**
- Manage accurate registration and compliance processes.
- Maintain precise records of client interactions, transactions, and sales progress.
- Partner with internal teams to streamline operations and deliver exceptional auction experiences.

**5. Market Insights & Client Feedback**
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for consignments and buyer engagement.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance our offerings and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and the team.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client service, sales, or business development; experience in a luxury setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin and English to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and online platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of antiques, art, or collectibles is helpful but not required.
