**Responsibilities**:

- To manage the Project including progress control, quality control, variation/cost control, safety control, environmental control, etc.
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating of Architectural works to be completed by Contractors to facilitate project completion
- Report any critical and/or major issues and proposing possible solutions.
- Liaise and coordinate with the team to resolve technical and/or interfacing issues.
- Monitor, supervise and inspect works.
- Conducting supervision responsibilities of standards of work in adherence to established benchmark and time line.
- Ensuring complete documentation of works done with corrective actions taken as and when necessary.
- Monitoring overall work progress while in strict compliance to requirements and technical specifications.
- Maintaining on-site quality control and documentation while ensuring discrepancies are escalated to relevant stakeholders for corrective action.
- Ensuring construction materials are as specified and in accordance to best practices.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural or Architectural / Civil & Structural or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years supervision of construction on site experience.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and architectural practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- **Must be registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) and / or Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)**

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
