- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Experienced in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in the mechanical, industrial, and engineering industry.
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the talent sourcing process and recruitment strategies.
- A team player and willingness to support when needed on various recruiting initiatives and projects.
- Proficiency in English is a must, Good command of Japanese，Madarin or Vietnamese is preferred
